New Delhi [India]: PM Narendra Modi will attend to a program on silver jubilee celebrations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) today using video clip conferencing.
The Head of state will certainly also launch a postal stamp to commemorate the event. During the programme, Prime Minister will likewise release a 5G Test Bed, established as a multi-institute joint project by an overall of 8 institutes led by IIT Madras.
The other institutes that joined the project include IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IISc Bangalore as well as many other institutes.
According to the PM’s vision, the task has actually been established at a cost of more than Rs 220 crore. The Test Bed will make it possible for an encouraging environment for Indian market and startups which will help them verify their items, models, solutions and algorithms in 5G as well as next-generation innovations.
TRAI was developed in 1997 with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997.
