Neha Dhupia Does Natarajasana In A New Instagram Post

Mommy-to-be Neha Dhupia, who is expecting her second child with her husband Angad Bedi, is keeping fit during her second pregnancy by practising yoga in the comfort of her home. The actor has been training with her coach and even shared pictures and videos of her workout. Recently, Angad took to Instagram to share his view with followers, and it shows Neha doing a rigorous yoga asana. The mommy-to-be did Natarajasana in the video.

Angad shared a short boomerang video on his Instagram stories that showed Neha doing the Natarajasana or Dancer’s Pose at home. He captioned the post, “My view @nehadhupia,” and shared it with a ‘yoga time’ sticker and a pregnant woman and yoga girl emoticon.

The video shows Neha, dressed in a comfortable grey top and black tights with her hair tied in a sleek bun, getting into the Natarajasana, which is a standing, balancing, back-bending asana in modern yoga.

Benefits of doing the Natarajasana or Dancer’s Pose:

The Natarajasana assists in losing weight as one tends to burn a lot of calories while doing it. The pose strengthens and stretches ankles, legs, thighs, chest, abdomen, thorax, and hips. It also develops greater flexibility in the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings.

The yoga asana is a great flexibility building exercise. However, it is quite challenging to perform. Pregnant people should especially be cautious and do the asana under the guidance of a coach.

Recently, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi announced that they are expecting their second baby. The couple married each other in May 2018, and they welcomed their daughter Mehr just a few months later.
