American actor-dancer Lauren Gottlieb, a runner-up in Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa season 6, is worked up to perform at the track Naatu Naatu at Oscars 2023 on March 12. The RRR song, nominated at the 95th Academy Awards for Best Original Song, has become an international phenomenon. Lauren, who has worked in films with ABCD: Any Body Can Dance (2013), shared the ‘unique news’ of her upcoming Oscars performance on Friday through an Instagram post.
Sharing pix of herself posing with Los Angeles’ iconic Hollywood Sign the history, Lauren wrote in her caption, “SPECIAL NEWS!!! 🔥 I’m performing on ‘Naatu Naatu’ at the OSCARS!!!!!! I’m beyond excited to represent India on the most prestigious stage in the world. Wish me luck”
During a recent interview, Jr NTR, who’s in the US alongside Ram Charan and team RRR for Oscars 2023, had said that he and Ram will now not dance to Naatu Naatu on stage at the awards. In the interview, Jr NTR spoke approximately MM Keeravani, Rahul Sipligunj, and Kaala Bhairava performing the track. He delivered that it’ll not be simply him, but India an excellent way to walk down the pink carpet at the imminent awards.
Jr NTR said, “I don’t think it’s taking place (him and Ram dancing to Naatu Naatu on occasion). I was looking forward to it happening. But sadly, we did not have time to rehearse. Because we don’t need to go on to the biggest stage in the world and move unprepared. So, we have been busy. I was busy, and so was maybe Charan busy with a number of previous commitments and returned home. So, I do not think we can appear, but our tune director (MM) Keeravani, the singers of the song Rahul (Sipligunj), and my brother (Kaala) Bhairava, may be acting in the song. It will likely be best for me to sit inside the target audience and watch the tune because the instant I watch that clip, my legs start aching again.”
Naatu Naatu from the length movie RRR, helmed by SS Rajamouli, has been composed by MM Keeravani. It has been nominated for the Best Original Song award at the upcoming Oscars. RRR is the primary Indian film in over a long time to be nominated for the Academy Awards. Naatu Naatu is the primary Indian song to be nominated on the Oscars.
