Bharat Jodo Yatra : Rahul Gandhi starts day with flower homages to Sree Narayana Guru

Kochi (Kerala) [India]: Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in addition to celebration leaders returned to the Bharat Jodo Yatra from Kochi as the march entered its 14th day on Wednesday.

The leaders, who camped in the Kochi area, began the yatra at 6.45 am from Madavana where the leaders will certainly walk 13 km in the early morning till Edapally.
Gandhi started his day by commemorating spiritual leader Sree Narayana Guru.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and also party workers, followers as well as masses will remain in the southern state of Kerala for 18 days.

The Yatra remains in its Kerala leg and would traverse with the state in the upcoming 11 days.

The 3,500-km march from Kanyakumari to Kashmir will certainly be completed in 150 days as well as cover as several as 12 states. From Kerala, the Yatra will go across through the state for the following 18 days, reaching Karnataka on September 30. It will remain in Karnataka for 21 days before relocating north. The Padyatra (march) will cover a distance of 25 kilometres on a daily basis.

Previously on Monday Congress MP Rahul Gandhi took part in a snake watercraft race exhibit in the Punnamada lake in Kerala.

Rahul Gandhi was seen rowing the watercraft along with other men and also had a smile at the end as he wiped his face.

Gandhi took to Twitter and claimed, “When we all work together in ideal harmony, there is nothing we can not achieve”.

Meanwhile, Gandhi is unlikely to oppose the celebration’s presidential political elections, said sources on Tuesday.

Congress resources said Rahul Gandhi will certainly not go back to Delhi leaving the event’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. Presently, the yatra is in Kerala as well as will certainly get in Karnataka on September 29. The last date for filing elections is September 30.

Earlier on Tuesday, Congress leader KC Venugopal, who is joining the Kerala leg of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, got here in the national resources upon a call by the party’s acting head of state Sonia Gandhi.
