The Telugu Film Industry has been quite the lure for Sandalwood female stars over the years. With the likes of Rashmika Mandanna, Nabha Natesh, and others making a name for themselves across the border, there’s been a constant influx of Kannada talent. And joining this credible list is the ‘Salaga’ girl Sanjana Anand who will soon be making her Telugu debut alongside Kiran Abbavaram – Sanjana took to social media very recently to share the exciting news with all her fans.
The yet-untitled film, as stated by Sanjana herself, will be a pure love story written and directed by Kaarthik Shankar, a very popular Kerala-based social media influencer. The film also marks the debut of its producer Kodi Divya Deepthi who happens to be the daughter of popular Telugu filmmaker Kodi Ramakrishna. The core team along with the lead cast was seen in attendance at the recently held launch event in Hyderabad.
The feel-good film will be shot in parts of Hyderabad and Vizag with a 60-day schedule planned as of now.
On the other hand, Sanjana Anand also awaits the release of ‘Salaga’ on the 14th of October. Arguably the biggest film of her career so far, Sanjana has spoken candidly about the significance it carries with respect to her future but she is also excited to finally show the film to a massive audience. Sanjana will be paired alongside Duniya Vijay in the film, who makes his directorial debut.
