Keema Paratha Recipe

Try this tasty ‘Keema Paratha’ recipe by Chef Ajay Chopra!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/2cup chopped Onions

1 tsp chopped Ginger

1 tsp chopped green Chillies

1 tbsp Ginger – Garlic Paste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2cup chopped Tomatoes

1 & 1/2 cup Mutton Keema

Salt to taste

Water as required

1/2cup chopped Coriander – Mint leaves

Atta Dough

Ghee

Butter – to garnish

Method:

Take a pan. Add oil and all the masalas along with keema and water and cook for about 15-20 mins or until cooked. Once the keema is cooked and dried in texture take it out in bowl and allow it to cool down. Take a small portion of the dough. Make it round and flat in shape from the edges keeping the middle portion thick. Put a generous amount of the keema stuffing in the middle section of the flat dough and then wrap it from the edges so that all the keema stuffing should be inside the dough of the paratha. Now make a nice ball shape and sprinkle some flour dust on it and then roll out the dough into a nice flat bread just like roti or Indian bread. Now take a tawa and put it on the flame. Let it hot for some time. Then add the flat bread onto the tawa. Once it is cooked from one side flip it to another side. Put some ghee on the cooked side and then repeat this again on the other side. Your yummy keema paratha is ready. Serve hot. Enjoy!
