‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ Director Luv Ranjan Says, Ranbir Kapoor Has ‘Still Not Taken His Money From Me’

Director Luv Ranjan, whose latest movie Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is now in theatres, has said that the film’s lead actor Ranbir Kapoor has not yet charged him cash for the film. In a brand new interview, Luv said that in the last 4 years, Ranbir hasn’t ‘failed’ him. The actor also showered praises on Luv by saying that he ‘put his existence on the road’ to make the movie.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, a romantic comedy, stars Ranbir and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. The movie marked the primary on-screen collaboration between Ranbir and Shraddha. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is produced by Luv Films and Ankur Garg and provided by Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. The movie also functions Dimple Kapadia, Boney Kapoor, and Anubhav Singh Bassi.

In an interview, Ranbir Kapoor said, “I recognize while he made this film, he used no deceit. He positioned his life on the line, and I respect that. I have heard that homes might be mortgaged after my grandfather made films, and my grandmother’s jewelry became mortgaged. But that placing your pores and skin in the game, that degree of insanity to make films, I constantly recognize that. This can be amusing because someone has placed their existence on the road to make a film. It sounds crazy to do all this for a movie, but there may be recognition too.”

Reacting to Ranbir, Luv stated, “I didn’t recognize we had been going to be this sincere in this interview, but since we’re, I will say this. He has still no longer taken his money from me. There is a time in your existence when you have to tell the opposite character that I am in want of this element properly now. So, inside the remaining 4 years, he hasn’t failed me.”

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has opened with an excellent beginning. On Monday, movie exchange analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#TuJhoothiMainMakkaar packs a solid range in its long weekend… Biz on Sat and Sun gave the film that greater push… Weekdays critical, all eyes on Mon… Wed 15.73 cr, Thu 10.34 cr, Fri 10.52 cr, Sat 16.57 cr, Sun 17.08 cr.
