Superstar Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde’s upcoming film, the yet-to-be-titled #SSMB28 with director Trivikram Srinivas has been launched in Hyderabad.
The film’s team head to Ramanaidu Studios early on Thursday to launch the film and deliver the first clap in an event that was closed off to the public. Actress Pooja Hegde, Namrata Shirodkar, Trivikram and producer Naga Vamsi were spotted at the privately-held launching ceremony. Mahesh Babu was not present at the event as it’s a sentiment of his to not attend his film’s launches, state sources. The actor had skipped the launch of Sarkaru Vaari Paata also.
For now, Mahesh is busy with Parasuram Petla’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata with Keerthy Suresh as his co-star. The film is yet to wrap up shoot and is scheduled for release on May 12. He has also given his nod to SS Rajamouli for an adventure drama.
