Sidhika Sharma: ‘I Take Nutrition Damn Seriously As It Improves One’s Life’

Besides being loved for her music video appearances, Punjabi model turn actress Sidhika Sharma is often lauded for her amazing physique. Fans pour in love for the actress whenever she flaunts her toned physique and her strict diet and fitness regime is the secret behind that!

“I take nutrition damn seriously as it improves one’s life, it affects our mood. if you eating the wrong things it increases the risk of illness. it’s ok to eat the wrong things occasionally, but I make sure that my 90 percent of the diet is good so I keep a regular checkup on my meals. I try avoiding carbs from my diet. I eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits, protein diet. evenings I avoid carbs and junk and I make sure I’m done with my dinner before 8 pm,” said the ‘Na Ji Na’ fame star Sidhika during her exclusive conversation in an interview.

Further in the conversation, she busted a fitness myth that says starving yourself can help you. She said, “one should never starve as it’s not good for health. It should be like have a meal or small snacks every 3 to 4 hours as it’s the best for metabolism. One should drink a lot of water, coconut water, high fiber meals. I add a lot of walnuts, berries, Greek yogurt, beans, grilled chicken, and fish.”

“When a person is on diet one should always remember to add fiber and healthy fat to their diet. drink a lot of fluids and stay hydrated,” concluded the actress.

The actress lives by these simple diet rules and says that they help her keep her body healthy in perfect shape.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sidhika Sharma was seen in ‘Sau Sau Wari Khat Likhe’ alongside Omkar Kapoor. Next, she will be seen in the Pollywood film ‘Fufad Ji’, which has been directed by Pankaj Batra and stars Binnu Dhillon, Gurnam Bhullar, and Jassie Gill.
