Buoyed by the response to his film ‘Lanke’, filmmaker Ram Prasad M.D. is all set to embark on his next. He has already begun work on its pre-production.
“This is a psychological thriller and will be different from Lanke. We will share the details, like the cast and the title, at a special event to commemorate the completion of 75 days of Lanke,” says the filmmaker. Ram adds that the team had thought of holding the special event a couple of weeks ago, but decided to push it because of the tragic demise of Puneeth Rajkumar.
Now, Ram is thrilled that people have accepted his previous film’s release, especially after the pandemic. “We have managed to do well, especially in the North Karnataka belt,” he adds, signing off.
