Prabhas Cracks Up When I Say My Lines In Telugu, Says Kriti Sanon

Om Raut’s bi-lingual (Hindi and Telugu) Adipurush, starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles is one of the most-expected films.

Talking about working with Prabhas, the lead actress who plays Janaki in the film said, “Prabhas is used to working on such a big film due to Baahubali, he’s so relaxed on sets. Said is used to it too due to Tanhaji,” Kriti told a web-portal, adding, “Both are such grounded people, they have no airs about their stardom. They’re both really helpful in general too.”

What’s more, she busted the myth that Prabhas is a really shy person, something that his close confidantes have also often revealed. “When we first greeted each other on-set he was really shy. But the more I spoke to him, the more he opened up. We’re shooting the film in bi-lingual where he had to mouth Hindi lines and I had to in Telugu too. He would crack up laughing whenever I said my lines in Telugu,” she said.

Kriti also called Adipurush her ‘biggest film on the smallest set’. “Seeing as how a major portion of the film involves VFX, we would shoot in confined spaces. That’s the future of our industry, a technologically sound one. I’m the kind of actor who soaks in her ambience so I would find it difficult. I’ve seen pictures and paintings of what the film will look like, there’s something great in store,” she revealed.

Adipurush will see Prabhas essay the role of Lord Ram while Saif plays Lankesh. Saif and Kriti have wrapped up shooting for the film. Sunny Singh will play Lakshman while Devdatta Nage will play Hanuman. Prabhas will also soon be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit, Radha Krishna Kumar’s Radhe Shyam, Prashanth Neel’s Salaar and Nag Ashwin’s Project K.
