Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan is only half a month from discharge. On July 8, the teaser of Ponniyin Selvan will be launched today at an occasion in Chennai. Ahead of teaser release, the producers revealed the first-look banner of Jayam Ravi’s personality Arunmozhi Varman AKA Raja Cholan. Ponniyin Selvan, coordinated by Mani Ratnam, will deliver in venues in two sections.
On July 7, the creators of Ponniyin Selvan shared the first-look banner of Trisha. She assumes the part of Kundavai in the period film.
In front of the mystery arrival of Ponniyin Selvan, the producers divulged the new banner highlighting Jayam Ravi. He papers the job of Arunmozhi Varman AKA Raja Cholan, Prince of the Chola dynasty. Sharing the banner, Lyca Productions wrote, “Hail the Visionary Prince, the Architect of the Golden Era, the Great Raja Raja Cholaintroducing Ponniyin Selvan! #PS1 TEASER OUT TODAY AT 6PM (sic).”

Ponniyin Selvan depends on the Tamil artistic novel of a similar name, composed by Kalki Krishnamoorthy. The cast incorporates Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Karthi and Jayam Ravi in lead roles. Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Sobhita Dhulipala, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Jayaram and Prabhu will be seen in supporting roles. AR Rahman has composed the music for the film.
