Washington [US]: It’s not uncommon for actors to now not watch their shows or films and ‘Friends’ alum Matthew Perry has revealed the addiction battle he faced at some stage in his time at the hit sitcom because of the cause for being amongst that list of celebrities.
According to Fox News, an American news outlet, Perry these days, while speaking approximately his memoir ‘Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing’ to CBC, spoke about why he has never long past back to observe the show that became so loved with the aid of hundreds of thousands. He said, “I was taking 55 Vicodin an afternoon, I weighed 128 lbs, I was on ‘Friends’ getting watched by using 30 million humans, and that is why I cannot watch the show, ’cause I was brutally skinny.”
The actor went on to feature that if he did watch the show, he could tell exactly what materials he had taken at some point of every season based totally on his look.
“I didn’t watch the show and haven’t watched the display because I should move, consuming opiates, cocaine… I could tell season by season via how I looked. That’s why I do not wanna watch it because that is what I see,” the actor suggested to Fox News.
However, it’s now not like Perry, who performed Chandler Bing on ‘Friends’ for ten seasons from 1994 until 2004, will by no means watch the display.
The actor stated he still needs to look at the show that has become this massive hit throughout generations. “I assume I’m gonna begin to watch it because it surely has been a top-notch issue to look at it contact the hearts of various generations,” Perry shared, as per Fox News.
In 2021, Perry along with Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Matt LeBlanc back to the set of ‘Friends’ for a reunion special.
