Assuming reports are to be accepted, Ileana is at present dating Katrina Kaif’s sibling Sebastian Laurent Michel. The pair’s relationship tales as of late surfaced after the two were spotted traveling with Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif in the Maldives.
