Bhopal, Aug 4: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan apprised Premier Narendra Modi over phone on Wednesday, just as he had done a day earlier, regarding the flood situation in the state as well as the ongoing rescue and relief operation.
Prior to that, Mr Chouhan spoke with Union Home Affairs Minister Amit Shah in the same context.
There are reports of approximately 12 fatalities, seven of them in Shivpuri District alone.
