Dalljiet Kaur took to Instagram and shared a message for ex-husband, actor Shalin Bhanot. Shalin is currently in the Bigg Boss house. Dalljiet wished him luck and achievement before the Bigg Boss 16 finale. She shared a cute photo with her son, Shaarav Bhanot, to wish quality wishes to him. Dalljiet also supported her ex-husband when he broke down after receiving a heartwarming letter from his mother and father on display.
Dalljiet shared an image along with her son Shaarav from their excursion. She sported a white-pink dress with matching accessories. She stored her hair untied as she sat on a boat. Her son wore an orange T-shirt with black pants and a brown cap. He gave his mother a ‘high five’ at the same time as posing for the digital camera. Dalljiet gave a big smile.
Sharing the photo on Instagram Stories, Dalljiet wrote, “Last few weeks left for Bigg Boss to get over. I wish you all the best @shalinbhanot. Be patient, be calm and stay strong!”
In December 2022, Dalljiet also shared an emotional post for Shalin on her Instagram Stories while he cried after receiving heartfelt notice from his circle of relatives. She wrote, “Shalin, I’ve not seen Bigg Boss for a long time but came across this, I wish you well for this journey ahead. Play fair. Play with your heart.”
Dalljiet and Shalin had an ugly separation. The couple got married in 2009 and were given divorce in 2015.
Shalin, in a conversation in 2016, stated that despite their break up, he could by no means badmouth Dalljiet within the press, as he would not want to disrespect the mom of his toddler and told, “After the divorce occurred, I was terrified and didn’t step out of the house for first 17 days. And the first time I went out, I went to the health club because I wanted a training session and sense clean, and I had all eyes on me, as people form perceptions.”
In the latest episodes of Bigg Boss 16, Tina Datta noted Dalljiet’s context at some point of her hearted argument with co-contestant Shalin and said, “Mere character pe ungli uthaa raha hai, khud ki biwi ki dignity nhi rakha, Shalin Bhanot gande aadmi (He is doing my character assassination, he could not maintained her ex-wife’s dignity properly, such a bad person).”
