In March, the Sessions Court refused to pass an injunction order against Ketan in the defamation case filed using Salman for the former’s social media posts.

Kakkar claimed that the plot of land allotted to him changed into allegedly canceled by using the Maharashtra forest department at the behest and in collusion with Khan, and additionally stated that the entry and go out to his plot of land were illegally received and blocked by using building a gate.
