Itanagar, Aug 13: Arunachal Pradesh Covid-19 caseload rose to 50,973 as 180 people have tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
According to the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services, of the new positive cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the maximum at 62, followed by Papum Pare 19, East Siang and Lower Subansiri 13 each.
Eight cases were also reported from Changlang, West Kameng seven, Namsai six, Kamle five, Anjaw and Lower Dibang Valley four each, Pakke Kessang and Upper Siang three each, East Kameng, Upper Subansiri and West Siang two each, Tawang and Tirap one each.
Of these, 103 patients are asymptomatic and 77 symptomatic.
As per the bulletin, 273 people were discharged in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 48,327. The recovery rate is over 94 per cent.
Active cases tally stands at 2,395. Death toll at 251.
